CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to your stylist at Willow & Wolfe Hair Co. As a courtesy, we will CALL, TEXT and EMAIL to confirm your service appointments 1-3 business days prior to your appointment date. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and therefore avoid a cancellation fee. Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Without at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation or change in your appointment time, a charge of up to 50% of the total appointment cost may be incurred.
